BSF Bünter AG produces in the 250 mm x 400 mm traverse dimension on its own wire erosion systems. In this area, it produces with the highest precision and surface quality up to a height of 250 mm. In addition, a wide variety of materials can be processed in a wide range of angles and radii to the highest quality. The minimum wire diameter is 0.05 mm.
A rotary axis is also integrated into the latest machine. This allows parts to be machined from several sides in a single clamping operation, resulting in even greater accuracy. It is also possible to rotate the component and turn or round-grind it on the eroding machine.
