We have used the last few months to document all our processes. This formal gap has now also been closed and the continuous improvement can continue. Our followers on LinkedIn we announced a major innovation last week. The photo shows boxes being loaded into our building by forklift. The photo was taken in the middle of the (first) corona wave in April! Since then, we have been practising the discipline of 3D coordinate measurement. Initially, the new machine was mainly used for internal inspection processes, but now some inspection reports with the corresponding parts have already been delivered to our customers.

We expanded our range again just before Christmas:
During vibratory finishing, the components are vibrated in a drum together with small grinding stones. This allows small burrs to be removed and an even finish to be achieved on the surfaces. The new BSF Bünter AG plant does this automatically and economically. In addition, the parts are automatically cleaned and dried in the second step. This eliminates a lot of manual labour and allows our employees to focus on their core competencies.
